For a small business, a strategy can be built in 2-3 sessions. For a medium to large business, it can range from 20 hours to 3 months depending on scale and complexity.
Are sessions online or in person?
Both. We run sessions online anywhere, and on-site across Annapolis, Anne Arundel County, Baltimore, Washington DC and Northern Virginia.
Will you recommend specific tools like Copilot or ChatGPT?
Only once we know the problem. Our rule is problem first, tool second. When a tool fits, we can also train your team to use it well.
